Multiplex Protein Assay
Our multiplex protein profiler is designed to simultaneously detect and quantitate multiple targets in one sample based on the principles of quantitative fluorescent flow cytometry. The different sets of color-coded magnetic microsphere beads were used as carriers for the detecion of different targets by capture and detection antibody pairs. This high-throughput technology produces results comparable to conventional assays such as ELISA with greater efficiency and throughput.

1. High throughput: simultaneous quantification of multiple (up to 50) targets in the same sample
2. Low sample volume required: 20-50μL fluid sample (culture supernatant, serum, plasma, or other body fluid)
3. High sensitivity: well-selected antibody pairs with low detection limits (pg/mL level)
